Welcome to the Body Proof community. Our goal is to build a safe, respectful, and transparent platform where users can connect, verify, and explore safely. These Community Guidelines explain what is and isn’t allowed on Body Proof. Violating these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.

By using Body Proof, you agree to follow these guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Be Respectful

We value kindness, empathy, and constructive engagement. Harassment, hate speech, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.

Do not:

Threaten, abuse, or harass other users
Use discriminatory or derogatory language
Send or post unwanted sexual advances
Troll, provoke, or incite conflict

2. No Nudity or Sexually Explicit Content

Body Proof is not an adult platform. Do not upload or display nudity or sexually explicit content, even if consensual or self-submitted.

Prohibited consent includes:

Genital, buttocks, or full-frontal nudity (regardless of context)
Sexually suggestive imagery or language
Explicit or pornographic media

3. Be Honest and Authentic

Misrepresentation damages trust. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and any information you provide.

Do not:

Impersonate another person or entity
Use fake names, photos, or documents
Submit false STD or ID verification materials
Pretend to be verified when you are not

4. Do Not Spam or Solicit

Body Proof is for relationship-building and personal discovery, not sales or promotion.

Do not:

Use the platform for marketing, sales, or affiliate links
Send mass messages, ads, or scams
Collect or scrape data for third-party use

5. Respect Privacy and Consent

Consent is at the core of trust. Do not share others’ personal information or use content without their permission.

This means:

Do not share screenshots, conversations, or personal info
Do not attempt to dox or expose anyone
Report users through official channels, not public posts

6. No Illegal Activity

We prohibit any use of the platform for illegal purposes.

You may not use Body Proof to:

Distribute or promote illegal content
Engage in sex work, human trafficking, or exploitation
Commit fraud or identity theft

We cooperate with law enforcement when required by law.

7. Profile Guidelines

Profiles must adhere to the spirit of Body Proof: transparency and safety.

Your profile may not:

Contain hate symbols, slurs, or threatening content
Include fake ages or locations
Mislead others about your intentions
Post photos of others without consent

8. Reporting and Enforcement

We may:

Remove or blur content
Warn or suspend accounts
Permanently ban repeat or severe violators

Reports are reviewed by trained moderators. Abuse of the reporting system may also result in penalties.

9. Appeals

If you believe your content was removed or your account was suspended in error, you can submit an appeal to legal@bodyproof.io
